The pie charts show the results of an airplane survey of economy and business class travelers
in 2002
. The number shows the percentage of male or female passengers who rate particular features as the most popular in-flight consideration.
To start with, females
who are traveling in economy class
have more percentage rate on service than the males which is less than females by around 20 %. However, the males have a higher percentage on space than females; the males have 49% and the females have 25%. Food and drinks are the same for both, which is around 20%.
For the business class, females and males have the same percentage for space; the percentage for both is around 43%. A less important thing for both is the movies which takes around 5% of both sexes.
In conclusion, for economy class passengers, space and service are the most important features, while for business class travelers space leads their interests.
